Cancellation prior to shipping:

If your order or the items you want to cancel have not yet been dispatched, please contact our customer service team at support@yaarita.com or call us at +91 8527225202 (Mon-Sat 10 AM-6:00 PM).

In such situations, the order will be canceled and your money reimbursed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request.

Cancellation following shipment:

If you want to cancel an order that has already been sent but has not yet been delivered, please contact our Customer Service team at support@yaarita.com

If you cancel an order that we have already handed over to the courier provider, they may continue to try delivery. Please do not accept the order’s delivery.

We will reimburse your money within 7-10 business days after we get the product and verify its packaging/condition. You will be alerted by email about the same.
