Return & Exchange

Before being sent, all yaaritA products are created by professional artists and subjected to stringent quality inspections. Because each product is unique, it may differ somewhat from the images.

Returns and exchanges will only be permitted if the following conditions are met:

  • The order was destroyed during transportation.
  • The order was erroneous.
  • If the foregoing conditions are met, you may return the order in its original condition, unworn and in its original packing.

When we receive the product back, we will do a quality check, and if it passes, we will replace it with a new one. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a Store Credit refund. The Store Credit is valid for three months from the date it was issued.

Notify

If you desire to return an item, please tell us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Approval

Once we receive the request, it is up to our QC Team to decide whether the product is acceptable for return.

Reverse Pick-up 

We will arrange for a pick-up after the merchandise has been accepted for return.

Dispatch

We will ship the fresh/correct merchandise once we get the damaged/incorrect product.

*We are not liable for any damaged or lost packages in transit. We are not responsible for any returns for which we were not alerted.

The Following Does not Qualify for Refunds

  • Package lost in shipment
  • The package was refused by the recipient
  • Products that have been returned in a used or damaged condition
  • Products returned due to size issues (Please check the size guides carefully before making a purchase)
  • Incorrect delivery address.
  • If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged in any way.
  • Minor variations in colour & design of the jewellery
  • After more than 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agent.
